Runwood Homes is seeking a dynamic Care Team Leader to uphold high standards of person-centred care for residents. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, drive dementia care excellence, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with colleagues and families.

You will also support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, manage medication processes and contribute to audits and safeguarding compliance.

Formación

• Plan and deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
• Specialist knowledge in dementia care.
• Proven ability to lead and develop care teams.
• Strong record-keeping and communication with colleagues.

Responsabilidades
