As a Team Leader at Aria Court Care Home, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and supporting our care team who are passionate about delivering making moments for our residents and providing high-quality care.

About The Role

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in care delivery within the home. You will support us to ensure the highest standards of care are achieved in all areas.

Salary

£13.07 per hour.

Shift Pattern

Bank contract, offering up to full-time hours with 12-hour shifts on a rota from Monday to Sunday.

Home Location

Coronation Close, March, England, PE15 9PP.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to the care team during your shift.
  • Assist, motivate, and inspire the care team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Manage supervision, appraisals, and performance of the care team, celebrating individual achievements and supporting their potential.
  • Carry out clinical care duties, including monitoring blood pressure, pulse, respiration rate, temperature, blood oxygenation, and urine output.
Training, Skills & Experience Required
  • A genuine passion for care and putting residents' needs first.
  • Experience in a senior care role.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Proven leadership, empowerment, and motivation skills.
