We have an exciting opportunity for a Care Team Leader at Rosewood Court, based in Wellingborough. You will work 30 hours per week on a rota basis and receive a competitive salary of £24,167 plus an excellent benefits package, including:

What will you do as our Care Team Leader?

• Manage a team of Care Assistants and ensure procedures are followed
• Develop, implement, and maintain individual care and support plans
• Provide effective communication with residents and relatives
• Encourage residents to reach their optimum level of independence
• Ensure all administrative systems are effectively implemented
• Carry out 1 sleep-in per week and work weekend shifts as part of a rota system

Our ideal Care Team Leader will have:

• An NVQ / QCF Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards it)
• Experience managing a team in a similar environment
• Exceptional communication skills
