About The Role

Reporting to the Home Manager, the Care Team Leader at HC-One will provide leadership and direction to the care staff within the home. As a Care Team Leader, you will lead by example, ensuring that all residents' individual care needs are met at all times.

You will be a team player with good communication skills. Kindness will come naturally to you. You will have a keen eye for detail, act with integrity, and be driven by fairness. Respect for residents, their families, and colleagues is essential. You should hold an SVQ Level 3 in Adult Care and have previous experience in elderly and dementia care.
