Sense is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Team Leader to support individuals with complex disabilities in Margate. This role involves empowering individuals to live independently and ensuring customized, high-quality care services. We have a fantastic opportunity at our CQC outstanding service in Margate, as we look for our next Team Leader! This is a permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week, Sense are offering £26,988 per annum.

Our service is home to 4 very characterful individuals with very different personalities. We believe first and foremost that this is their home we just happen to work in it, and it should feel homely and comfortable. We are looking for someone with a can do attitude and a great problem solver able to coach members of the team.
The person centered care at our service has helped the creative development of our garden area, helped the people we support become part of the local society and meant they have maintained strong links with their family members. One of our people was even able to fulfil their desire of climbing the O2!

You are required to hold a full manual UK driving license and be willing to drive Sense vehicles to provide transport for individuals at the service.
