About The Role

Reporting to the Home Manager, the Care Team Leader at HC-One will provide leadership and direction to the care staff within the home. As Care Team Leader, you will lead by example, ensuring that all residents have their individual care needs met at all times.

You will be a team player with good communication skills. Kindness will come naturally to you. You will have a keen eye for detail, act with integrity, and be driven by fairness. Respect for residents, their families, and colleagues is essential. You must hold a SVQ Level 3 in Adult Care and have previous experience in elderly and dementia care.
