Lifeways is offering an exciting opportunity to become a Team Leader across two welcoming supported living services in Leyland, Lancashire. You’ll work alongside our Service Managers to lead dedicated teams, delivering life-enhancing support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and mental health conditions.
As a Team Leader, you’ll support two welcoming homes in Leyland, each offering a safe, person-centred environment tailored to the needs of the individuals we support.
One service is a peaceful, three-bedroom bungalow supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism. It features a shared bathroom, en-suite bedroom, kitchen, lounge, conservatory, and a garden with patio. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac near Leyland town centre, it offers excellent transport links and may welcome pets.
The second service is a female-only home supporting older women in a calm and homely setting. It includes four bedrooms, a staff sleep-in room, lounge, kitchen, laundry room, conservatory, and two bathrooms—including a wet room. With level access and assistive technology, it’s designed to support mobility and independence. The home is conveniently located near local amenities and public transport.
Both services are committed to promoting independence, wellbeing, and community involvement, supported by compassionate teams who help people live the lives they choose.
At Lifeways, your contributions matter. You’ll be part of a team that recognises your efforts, celebrates your achievements, and creates space for your ideas to shape the way we support others.
We invest in your growth and wellbeing through structured development, funded qualifications, and a culture of continuous learning. You’ll be supported by colleagues and leaders who care about your success.
“This is a very quiet and peaceful house, with a lovely staff team to help people live the life they choose.” — Manager
