Nights: 19:00 - 07:00

Hours: Full-time, part-time, or bank (days, nights & weekends)
Pay Rate: £13.35/hr (unpaid breaks)

Shift Patterns:

  • Days: 07:00 - 19:00

  • Nights: 19:00 - 07:00



About the Role

As a Team Leader, you'll support the Home Manager in supervising care delivery, ensuring residents' needs are met with compassion and professionalism. You'll lead by example during shifts, mentor care staff, assist with care plans, and manage medication administration to uphold high standards of residential nursing care.
