Care Team Leader - Days and Nights (1 Temp Maternity Cover)

Location: Meadow View Residential Care Home, Blackthorn Road, Hersden, Canterbury, Kent, CT3 4GB

Salary: £14.85 per hour

Contracts: 33 and 39 hours available

As a Care Team Leader, you will manage daily resident care, demonstrating compassion and commitment. You will lead a team, support their development, and ensure residents' comfort and personalized care in line with their care plans. You will also facilitate social activities and support colleagues.

Required Skills:
