Sanctuary Care are seeking a Care Team Leader at Ashwood Park, Seaside Lane, Easington Colliery, Peterlee, County Durham SR8 3XZ. The role focuses on supporting residents, delivering personalised care, and working with colleagues to enhance daily life.

This part-time position offers £15.34 per hour, 28 days' annual leave pro rata, a pension, and ongoing development including a Team Leader Programme. Applications from diverse backgrounds are encouraged.
