Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Care Team Leader to provide leadership and direction to the care team in the home. You will lead by example, ensuring residents receive personalised care that respects their dignity.

You will bring teamwork, clear communication, kindness, integrity and a proactive approach to quality care, with SVQ Level 3 in Adult Social Care and prior dementia care experience. The role includes extensive staff support and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• SVQ Level 3 in Adult Social Care is required.
• Experience in elderly and dementia care.
• Proven ability to lead a team and communicate effectively.

Job description

Reporting to the Home Manager, the Care Team Leader at HC-One will provide leadership and direction to the care staff within the home. As Care Team Leader you will lead by example, ensuring that all residents have their individual care needs adhered to at all times.

As a Care Team Leader you will be a team player and have good communication skills. Kindness will be second nature to you. You will have a keen eye for detail, always act with integrity and be driven by the principles of fairness. You will behave in a transparent manner always showing respect to our residents, their families, and your colleagues. You will also hold SVQ Level 3inAdult Social Careand have previous experience of working in elderly and dementia care.
