A leading care provider in Canterbury is seeking a Care Team Leader to supervise daily operations and lead a team of Care Assistants. The role involves ensuring that residents receive high-quality, person-centered care while supporting the development of team members. Salary: £15.20 per hour • Hours: 39 hours per week available on Night duty (8pm start, 12hr shifts); alternate weekend working.

As a Care Team Leader you will supervise daily operations, lead a team of Care Assistants, and ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centered care. You will support the development of team members and ensure all care is delivered according to care plans. You will be passionate about caring for older people and have prior health and social care experience.
Re-train the trainer for moving and handling, with an additional £250.00 payment per year. Training with a formal qualification is available.
