Location:Warwick Manor or Shakespeare House, Bedford

Salary: £13.15 per hour (£25,650 per annum) plus a range of health and wellbeing benefits
Contract Type:Full-time, Permanent. 37.5 hours per week

About the Role:

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the Registered Manager to deliver exceptional care and support. You will:

Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers to provide person-centred, high-quality care and positive behaviour support

Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently across the service

Be a role model for best practice in support, safeguarding, and positive behaviour support

Support the development and implementation of care plans that promote independence, choice, and dignity

Take part in on-call responsibilities and support with rota management and staff supervisions

About You:

Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs

Leadership or supervisory experience

A proactive, can-do attitude with strong communication and problem-solving skills

Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)

A genuine passion for supporting people to live their best lives
