A healthcare organization in Devizes is seeking an experienced Administrator to provide essential support to nurses and care staff. The role requires proficiency in database management and a proactive approach to managing diaries and compiling rotas. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality. Experience in the not-for-profit sector is preferred.
This position will be based at our Devizes hospice and will provide administrative support to our nurses and other care staff.
The successful candidate will be an experienced administrator with a good standard of English and numeracy, and be used to working to deadlines with a high level of accuracy. You will have experience of working extensively with databases, compiling rotas, maintaining accurate records and diary management.

When a family finds out that their child has a very serious medical condition, which is life-limiting or life-threatening, their world falls apart. Julias House exists to help these children and their families.
You will have a confident, proactive approach and the ability to prioritise and multi-task, with frequent interruptions. Above all you will have a high standard of discretion and a clear understanding of respect and confidentiality as you will be working closely with our families.
