Job Role: Care Worker / Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant

The Care Worker / Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant will assist with daily routines including personal care and feeding. Previous experience is preferred but not essential. You will help patients at home or in healthcare settings, supporting their daily needs and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities include:

• Helping patients with washing, showering, dressing
• Assisting with eating and serving food
• Making and changing beds
• Turning patients to prevent pressure sores
• Talking to patients to reduce anxiety
• Helping patients move around
• Assisting with toileting needs
• Maintaining a tidy environment
• Managing supplies and equipment

Work may involve using mobility aids and escorting patients within hospitals. With experience, you may participate in training new staff. We also recruit nurses and other healthcare professionals.
