Job Role: Care Worker / Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant

The Care Worker / Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant will be expected to assist the team with daily routines, including personal care and feeding. Previous experience and/or qualifications are preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities include:

• Helping patients with washing, showering, or dressing
• Assisting with feeding and serving food
• Making and changing beds
• Turning patients to prevent pressure sores
• Talking to patients to reduce anxiety
• Helping patients move around
• Assisting with toileting and bedpans
• Maintaining cleanliness and supplies
