We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team at Woodbury View, a welcoming residential service for individuals with complex care needs. This is an excellent opportunity for those passionate about making a positive impact and supporting independence.

About the role

Responsibilities include providing care and support to residents with complex learning disabilities, physical disabilities, or autism. Activities include assisting with daily routines, hobbies, outings, and promoting independence.

Qualifications and experience

Previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant is preferred. However, we welcome applicants new to care with a passion for helping others, as we offer comprehensive training and ongoing support.

Shift patterns and contracts

• Days: 7.45am - 2.45pm
• Afternoons: 2.45pm - 8.45pm
• Long Day: 7.45am - 8.45pm
• Waking Nights: 7.45pm - 7.45am
• Bank contracts available
