Lifeways Weston‑Super‑Mare is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join a vibrant team. You will provide personal care, assist with health monitoring, and help service users participate in community activities. A full UK driving licence is essential to support people in the community.

• Mix of 14-hour shifts, day shifts, sleep‑ins, and weekend work
• A full UK driving licence is essential—you’ll be supporting service users out and about

At Lifeways Weston‑Super‑Mare, you’ll be joining a vibrant team supporting five incredible individuals with complex health needs. All use wheelchairs, and two require hoisting for transfers. You’ll be helping with:

• Full personal care and pad changes
• Medication support and health monitoring
• Assistance with eating and drinking
• Accessing the community—whether it’s a trip to the shops, a walk in the park, or a swim at the local pool
• Finding new activities and opportunities to enrich lives
