Care Support Worker Days, Norwich
£13.31 per hour (days) + enhancements + paid sickness scheme
30 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours

A day in the life:
As a Care Support Worker, you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, and promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan.
Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with colleagues and service users, participate in wellbeing events and activities, and help promote a safe and engaging environment.
Respond to call bells and emergencies promptly and communicate with medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
