Job summary

Lifeways Group is seeking a Care Support Worker for The Gables in Wroxham, near Norwich. You’ll join a local team helping adults with a range of needs live independently and enjoy life to the fullest.

Experience isn’t essential—kindness, patience and a willingness to support others are valued. Training is provided; shift patterns include full-time and part-time roles, with opportunities for career progression within Lifeways.

Shift Patterns

Full-Time (37.5 hours) and Part-Time (22.5 hours) opportunities available.

• Day shifts: 8:00am – 10:00pm
• Some night shifts may also be available
