Lifeways is seeking Support Workers to join our services in Scawthorpe, Doncaster. This role focuses on providing daily living support, encouraging independence, and building trusting relationships with the people we support.

You will work as part of a supportive team with a thorough induction, ongoing development, and clear career pathways. Flexible full-time shifts include mornings, evenings, nights, and sleep-ins; commitment to compassionate, person-centred care is essential.

Shift Details

• Full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday-Sunday)
• Shifts: 07:00-14:30, 14:30-22:00, 22:00-07:00, plus sleep-ins
