Norse Care’s Rose Meadow in North Walsham is hiring a Care Support Worker to help transform service users' lives through person-centred care.

You'll assist with personal care, support independence, and work as part of a friendly team, contributing to wellbeing events and a safe, engaging living environment. Night shifts are included at £14.06 per hour, with enhancements and opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• Experienced care professional or new to the industry.
• Able to assist with personal care and support tasks in line with person-centred care plans.
• Enhanced DBS check required; employer will cover costs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and support tasks, promoting independence and dignity as per care plan.
• Work as part of a team to support wellbeing events and activities.
• Respond to call bells and emergencies promptly and communicate with medical staff as required.
