Position: Care Support Worker (Nights)

Salary: £13.56 per hour (nights) + enhancements + paid sickness scheme

Hours: 19.25 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours

Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling service users to make informed choices, promoting independence and dignity in line with their care plan.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and service users, supporting wellbeing activities and promoting a safe environment.
  • Respond to call bells and emergencies promptly and communicate with medical professionals and community stakeholders as needed.
