Job summary

Resilience Personnel Ltd is seeking a compassionate care assistant to support residents with mobility and safe moving and handling procedures. You will assist with eating and drinking when required, monitor wellbeing, maintain accurate records and promote independence.

Working closely with colleagues, healthcare professionals and families, you will safeguard vulnerable adults, maintain a clean and safe environment and help residents participate in social activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with mobility and safe moving & handling procedures.
• Support residents with eating and drinking where required.
• Administer medication (if trained and authorised).
• Monitor and record residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate care records.
• Promote independence and encourage participation in social activities.
• Safeguard vulnerable adults and report any concerns immediately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and families
