Come and join our dedicated team of Care and Support Workers at Lady Dane Farmhouse (LDF) in Faversham for a role that will truly make a difference to people’s quality of life.
Care roles are truly rewarding. By providing attentive quality care, you can help transform our residents’ short or long-term care.
We are looking for dedicated care workers to work full time hours (36 hours per week) either for day or night shifts. Please specify in your application which you are applying for.

Lady Dane Farmhouse is a beautiful 15-bedded home set in the Kent countryside on the outskirts of the historic town of Faversham. Shift times at LDF are:
AM: 08:00–14:00
PM: 14:00-20:00
Nights: 20:00 - 08:00
LDF provides care on a 24-hour basis, 7 days a week including weekends and bank holidays. This means we value reliable and flexible staff.
