Job summary

Lifeways at Keys Hill Park in Wroxham, Norfolk, is hiring Support Workers to help adults with diverse needs live independent, fulfilling lives. You’ll join a close-knit team and receive full training, ongoing support and opportunities to progress in social care.

Roles include day and night shifts across full-time, part-time or sporadic patterns. You’ll support residents with daily activities, skills development and community involvement in a peaceful Norfolk setting.

Qualifications

• Caring, reliable and passionate individuals wanted.
• Experience in care or a willingness to train is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities, autism, acquired brain injuries, physical disabilities and mental health needs.
• Help individuals develop life skills, attend activities and participate in the local community.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you'll be supporting adults with:

• Learning disabilities
• Autism
• Acquired brain injuries
• Physical disabilities
• Mental health needs

Shift Patterns Available

We offer a variety of flexible shift patterns:

Full-Time, Part-Time and Sessional Opportunities Available

Day Shifts

• 7:45am to 3:00pm
• 9:45am to 4:00pm
• 1:45pm to 8:00pm
• 2:45pm to 10:00pm
• 7:45am to 10:00pm
• 9:45am to 10:00pm

Night Shifts

• 10:00pm to 8:00am (Monday to Friday)
• 8:00pm to 8:00am (Saturday and Sunday)

Sleep-in shifts may also be required as part of the role.
