Job summary

Lifeways at Keys Hill Park in Wroxham is seeking compassionate Support Workers to help adults live more independent lives in a close-knit team. You’ll provide care and support, enabling people to participate in daily activities and community life.

You’ll receive full paid training, an induction, and access to rewards and benefits. We offer day, night, full-time, part-time and sessional shifts to fit your needs, with opportunities for progression and nationally recognised qualifications.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you'll be supporting adults with:

• Learning disabilities
• Autism
• Acquired brain injuries
• Physical disabilities
• Mental health needs

Every person we support is unique, meaning no two days are ever the same. You could be helping someone develop life skills, attend social activities, build confidence within their community, pursue hobbies, manage daily routines, or achieve personal goals.

Shift Patterns Available

We offer a variety of flexible shift patterns:

Full-Time, Part-Time and Sessional Opportunities Available

Day Shifts

• 7:45am to 3:00pm
• 9:45am to 4:00pm
• 1:45pm to 8:00pm
• 2:45pm to 10:00pm
• 7:45am to 10:00pm
• 9:45am to 10:00pm

Night Shifts

• 10:00pm to 8:00am (Monday to Friday)
• 8:00pm to 8:00am (Saturday and Sunday)

Sleep-in shifts may also be required as part of the role.
