This service is a supported living flat scheme. The support worker role here at Coventry Road is fast-paced as we support 12 individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs. The people we support have a wide range of complex needs and some behaviours that challenge. Therefore, previous experience in a similar role is essential.

• Full flexibility to work 7am-2.30pm and 2.30pm-10pm on a rota basis, Monday to Sunday. Flexibility to cover nights is also required.
• 37.5 hours, full-time only.
