Job summary

Willowbrook Homecare is seeking Care Support Workers to cover Fylde and Wyre areas. Roles include full-time, part-time, mornings, evenings, and weekends. We offer flexible patterns from 16 to 45 hours per week, with pay rates from £10.52–£11.12 on weekdays and £10.72–£11.42 on weekends, with enhanced pay for qualification.

You will visit clients at home, provide personal care, assist with meals, medications, and domestic support, and keep records updated as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in the care sector is helpful but not essential as full induction/training will be provided.
• A caring nature and a willingness to do well are essential.

Responsibilities

• Visit nominated adult clients as directed by care coordinators and management.
• Provide personal care to clients and assist with meals/drinks and medication where required.
• Record necessary information and complete all paperwork.
• Comply with company policies and participate in induction and ongoing training.

Job specification

• Visit nominated adult clients, at times directed by care coordinators and management.
• Provide personal care to clients.
• Provide medication, meals/drinks, repositioning and domestic support to clients.
• Share necessary and appropriate information with supervisors.
• Complete all necessary paperwork.
• Fully comply with Company policies, procedures and approved practice, and promote the aims of the Company.
• Participate in induction training and regular in-service training programmes, as directed by managers or supervisors.
