Job summary

Willowbrook Homecare is seeking a Care Support Worker to cover Fylde and Wyre areas. Roles include visiting clients, providing personal care, meals, medication assistance, and domestic support on flexible patterns across mornings, evenings and weekends.

We offer generous miles, comparable pay rates (£10.52–£11.12 weekdays; £10.72–£11.42 weekends), full induction and ongoing training, and a supportive team with a positive, caring ethos. UK applicants only.

Location: On the road/Fylde & Wyre Areas.

Job Type: Permanent – Full-time, part-time, mornings, evenings, and weekends work.

Shift/Hours: We have several work patterns available from 16 -45 hours per week.

Rate of pay: Between £10.52 – *£11.12 per hour (weekdays) and £10.72 – *£11.42 (weekends) *Qualified rate of pay.

Job specification

• Visit nominated adult clients, at times directed by care coordinators and management.
• Provide personal care to clients.
• Provide medication, meals/drinks, repositioning and domestic support to clients.
• Share necessary and appropriate information with supervisors.
• Complete all necessary paperwork.
• Fully comply with Company policies, procedures and approved practice, and promote the aims of the Company.
• Participate in induction training and regular in-service training programmes, as directed by managers or supervisors.
