Job summary

Willowbrook Homecare is seeking a Care Support Worker to assist clients across Fylde & Wyre. The role offers flexible hours from 16 to 45 per week, with shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends. Competitive weekday and weekend rates apply, with mileage support and comprehensive training.

Care Support Worker – Fylde and Wyre Areas

Location: On the road/Fylde & Wyre Areas.

Job Type: Permanent – Full-time, part-time, mornings, evenings, and weekends work.

Shift/Hours: We have several work patterns available from 16 -45 hours per week.

Rate of pay: Between £10.52 – *£11.12 per hour (weekdays) and £10.72 – *£11.42 (weekends) *Qualified rate of pay.

Job specification

• Visit nominated adult clients, at times directed by care coordinators and management.
• Provide personal care to clients.
• Provide medication, meals/drinks, repositioning and domestic support to clients.
• Share necessary and appropriate information with supervisors.
• Complete all necessary paperwork.
• Fully comply with Company policies, procedures and approved practice, and promote the aims of the Company.
• Participate in induction training and regular in-service training programmes, as directed by managers or supervisors.
