We’re looking for Female Support Workers to join our friendly team in Exmouth. This is a sessional role with flexible shifts available:

  • 8am–2pm
  • 8am–10pm
  • Monday to Sunday

About the Role

You’ll be supporting women with personal care needs, helping them live independently, confidently, and joyfully. Your role will include:

  • Assisting with daily routines and personal care
  • Supporting with household tasks and healthy living
  • Encouraging independence and emotional wellbeing
  • Taking service users into the community to enjoy activities like shopping, going to cafés, visiting the beach, attending local events, or simply enjoying a walk in the park
  • Helping them build confidence and social connections through fun, meaningful outings

Whether it’s a quiet morning at home or an afternoon adventure in town, you’ll be there to make every moment count.
