Job Description

Provide care and support to service users within a very sheltered housing facility.

This role requires flexible working, including day, night, and weekend shifts. Shift times are from 07:15 AM to 14:45 PM or 14:15 PM to 21:45 PM.

The post holder is expected to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the service and the organization.

This is a relief contract, working as and when required.

Requirements

This post involves regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check.

If you have spent a continuous period of 3 months or more outside the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. You will need to provide this check. A confirmed offer of employment and commencement in the post will depend on the satisfactory outcome of these pre-employment checks.

This post requires you to have obtained SSSC registration within 3 months of employment.
