Lifeways Group in Clay Cross is seeking a Care Support Worker to help people live more independently with dignity. This permanent, full-time position offers 37.5 hours across varied shifts (07:00-14:30, 14:30-22:00, and sleep-ins) to support daily living skills and personal goals.

You will encourage independence, support community involvement, and provide emotional and practical help, all within a close-knit team.

Shift Details

• Full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday-Sunday)
