Job summary

Lifeways Group in Clay Cross is seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our growing team. You’ll help people with daily living skills, encourage independence, and build trusting relationships in a stable, supportive environment.

We’ll provide a thorough induction, ongoing development, apprenticeships, regular supervision, and clear career pathways to help you grow. This role involves shift patterns across days with sleep-ins, making a real difference every day.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing challenging behaviours.
• Ability to support daily living skills.
• Willingness to work shifts including early/late and sleep-ins.

Shift Details

• Full‑time (37.5 hours per week, Monday–Sunday)
• Shifts: 07:00–14:30, 14:30–22:00, plus sleep‑ins
