£13.31 per hour (days) + enhancements

17.38 average hours per week + opportunity for additional hours

A day in the life:

As a Care Support Worker, you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan.

Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with colleagues and service users, participating in wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.

Responding to call bells and emergencies promptly and communicating with medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
