Job description

We are looking for people who have the right values, behaviours and attitudes to give the very best support to our service users within the supported living team in Cambridge and surrounding areas. You do not need previous experience, as we will train and support you as you develop your skills. Ideally, you would need to be a driver with your own transport.

The demand for our support services is increasing, and we need new and experienced support workers to continue delivering high-quality personal care through our local, well-supported teams. Your duties may range from light domestic tasks to full personal care. Helping our customers with everyday tasks makes a big difference in their lives.

Our services are available 24/7, offering flexible hours. We aim to provide continuity by matching support workers with the same customers regularly, fostering good working relationships. There is also work available in our domiciliary care service, and you may be required to work across services when needed.

Shifts are from 7am to 2pm and 4pm to 10pm. Alternate weekends are required.
