Location: Much Hadham, Hertfordshire
Salary: £25,066 – £26,632 per annum (pro rata for part-time)

Are you a kind, patient, person and passionate about making a real difference in children’s lives? They’re looking for a dedicated Care and Support Workers to join their close-knit team supporting children with epilepsy and complex medical and developmental needs.
As a Care Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in empowering individuals across both their Children’s Homes (ages 5–19). You’ll build strong, respectful relationships and provide high-quality, person-centred support that helps people grow in confidence, develop skills, and discover joy in everyday experiences.
