Location: Much Hadham, Hertfordshire

We Can Offer

  • Full-time, part-time, or bank hours available – between two and five shifts per week
  • Mixed shift pattern of earlies and lates (07:00 – 14:30 / 14:15 – 21:45)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing daily care and support, including personal care
  • Promoting independence and learning in line with well-being
  • Encouraging fun leisure and social activities
  • Maintaining a safe, secure, and clean home environment
  • Food preparation and meal cooking
  • Administering medication (full training provided)

What We Are Looking For

You should be passionate about supporting children and young people to achieve their goals and have the best possible futures. Previous experience in care or education is preferred but not essential. If you are dedicated, patient, adaptable, and possess excellent communication skills, you are the right fit for us!
