A leading care provider in Leeds is seeking a Care & Support Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of the service. You will work 42 hours a week with a focus on delivering outstanding care to adults with learning disabilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be passionate about making a difference in the lives of service users. We are looking for a confident Care & Support Team Leader with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
You'll be working 42 hours a week, 12 hour shifts, days only, including every other weekend, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Gotts Park.
The service provides specialist support for adults with learning disabilities, who may have behaviours that challenge and associated complex needs within their own accommodation.
Each accommodation offers individuals the opportunity to hold their own tenancy agreement with a Registered Housing Provider. Individuals who are supported in this service may have previously been detained within a hospital setting and are ready for a step-down placement within their local community. We provide specialist input and risk assessment to manage and reduce high risk or offending behaviour for individuals stepping down from secure, forensic or long-stay settings.
