A leading housing organization in Greater London is seeking a Care & Support Team Leader to oversee care services at Wood Court in Edgware. This full-time role involves managing care allocations, supervising staff, and writing care plans. The ideal candidate requires experience in personal care, team management, and knowledge of CQC regulations. Care & Support Team Leader
We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join an Extra Care service at Wood Court in Edgware. This is a Full time position working 37.5 hours a week, across a 7-day rota basis with a requirement to participate with on-call duties approximately once every four weeks.
Supporting the Care Manager, a typical day will involve overseeing care allocations, supervising Care & Support Workers, writing care and support plans; rota planning and shift lead responsibilities. You will also be responsible for team management for annual leave, sickness and performance management, as well as team building and forward planning.
