Home Instead East Herts is recruiting caring professionals to support elderly clients at home in East Hertfordshire and surrounding areas. Flexible full- and part-time roles include evenings and some weekends, with a focus on delivering high-quality person-centered care and companionship in clients' own homes.

Employees provide personal care, home help, and social engagement, helping clients stay independent and comfortable.

Job Description

Full & part time positions available inclusive of some weekends and evenings in East Hertfordshire & the surrounding areas.

Join us and share your enthusiasm and passion to support the elderly & vulnerable in your local area to remain in their own homes supporting with a variety of tasks including

Personal care

Bathing, dressing, continence, medication administration, meal preparation.

Home help

Companionship

Activities in and around the home or out in the community. Assist to various appointments, clubs or outings.

Qualifications

Good communication and listening skills.

Pro active, kind and patient.
