Care & Support Manager - Lochgelly

Salary: £27,132.53 pro rata of £33,463.46

Hours: Part time – 30 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity to join our experienced team of Care & Support Managers in West Fife.

The Lochgelly service currently provides care to 10 supported people who live in Lochgelly and the surrounding areas. Some people live in their own homes while others stay with their families.

It is an exciting time to join the service as we are taking on a new 268 hour package of support alongside our existing established services.

As Care & Support Manager of Lochgelly you will manage a team of 25 – 35 Established and Relief Support Workers alongside the existing Care & Support Manager.

You will be managing a mixed support model including 24-hour support and sleepovers.

A crucial part of this role will be working collaboratively with other agencies advocating for our Supported People to ensure they are working towards outcomes that will support them to live a good life.

As part of your onboarding to Ark you will receive a comprehensive induction period with the current Lochgelly Care & Support Manager & West Fife Operations Manager.
