Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Safe Handling of Medicines certificate or willingness to obtain via funded training.
• Experience in care settings including care planning and medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision and support to Care Assistants.
• Deliver personalised care tailored to individual needs and preferences.
• Promote independence and dignity in all aspects of care.
