Job Title: Care & Support Assistants - Adult Care Community Based, Potters Bar

Overview

Join our adult care community-based program as a Care & Support Assistant, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for adults requiring assistance with daily activities and support needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and support to adults in their homes or community settings
• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Administer medications and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other caregivers
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and community activities
• Promote independence and dignity while ensuring client safety and well-being
• Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies or changes in client condition
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients

Benefits

• Hourly rates of £12.00 per hour (averaging £14.00 with benefits)
• Higher rates for evening and weekend hours
• Paid travel time between clients (some restrictions apply)

• Minimum 1-hour visits per client

Qualifications

• Valid up-to-date UK driving license and own car
• Must reside locally within our franchise region
• Willing to cover alternate weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
• Right to work in the UK

Additional Information

We are also interested in Live-In Care Professionals. As a Live-In Care Professional, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance, a separate room, and access to TV and WiFi. We offer comprehensive training, support, and competitive pay rates.
