Are you friendly, approachable, and motivated to make a difference? No prior experience in health and social care is necessary; we value enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and a commitment to supporting individuals to live safely and independently. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating good communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships.
