Job summary

Phoenix Care Staff Limited is seeking an experienced Support Worker to provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents, including personal care, meals, hydration and assistance with daily activities. We offer flexible shifts across days, nights and weekends, weekly pay and a supportive, family-run team in Ottery St Mary.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of paid UK care experience

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care, including washing, dressing and supporting personal hygiene
• Assisting residents with meals and hydration
• Using moving and handling equipment safely
• Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing
• Supporting residents to feel safe, comfortable and at home
• Carrying out light housekeeping duties where required
• Working as part of a dedicated care team
