Job summary

Avante Care & Support invites applications for Care & Support Assistant at Malling Grange, a brand-new luxury care home opening in Autumn 2026 in West Malling. The role involves helping residents live happy, fulfilling lives with compassionate care, promoting independence and wellbeing.

Initially you may work at Pilgrims View, Snodland before transferring to Malling Grange when the home opens. We offer full-time, part-time and relief hours, training and ongoing support, DBS and uniform provided,

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents and promote independence.

Care & Support Assistant – New Care Home Opening Autumn 2026

Malling Grange Care Home, West Malling

£13.20 - £13.40 per hour

Full-time, Part-time & Relief Hours Available

Please note: Whilst Malling Grange is being prepared for opening, successful applicants will initially work at Pilgrims View, 19 Roberts Road, Snodland, ME6 5HL, before transferring to Malling Grange when the home opens.

Designed around luxurious interiors and modern care technology, Malling Grange will offer spacious en-suite bedrooms, elegant lounges, a café/bistro, cinema, hair salon, landscaped gardens, wellbeing spaces and four individually themed care suites.

As a Care & Support Assistant, you'll help residents live happy, fulfilling lives by providing compassionate care, promoting independence, supporting wellbeing and creating meaningful connections every day.

No previous care experience? No problem. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
