Job summary

Avante Care & Support is looking for a Care & Support Assistant at Amherst Court in the United Kingdom. You will support residents with personal care, encourage independence, and help create a warm, homely atmosphere. Full training will be provided, and no prior experience is necessary.

This role offers a 33-hour week with pay £13.20–£13.40 per hour. You’ll join a welcoming team, benefit from ongoing development, DBS check, and uniform provided, with flexible shifts and Wellbeing support

Qualifications

• Kind, dependable and compassionate; flexible and proactive approach to work.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Previous care experience is helpful but not essential.
