Job summary

Avante Care & Support Amherst Court is seeking a Care & Support Assistant to join a welcoming residential home in Chatham. The role offers 33 hours per week with pay between £13.20 and £13.40 per hour and the chance to train and develop in a compassionate, person-centred environment.

You will assist residents with personal care, support wellbeing and independence, and help maintain a warm home. No prior experience is needed as comprehensive training is provided.

• Previous care experience is helpful but not essential.
